It’s been 5 years since a complete version of the Manual for Courts-Martial was released, and we have a copy available for download! The Manual for Court-Martial (MCM) is a joint manual, used by all military services, and contains many key resources and authorities involved in military legal actions. It includes the procedural Rules for Court-Martial, the Military Rules of Evidence, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice, as well as many other important documents. The “MCM” was just updated to include the many changes to the law that went into effect on December 28, 2023.
